MEANINGFUL LIFE PSYCHOLOGY

Individual and group programs

help design and achieve the life you want.

Integrative Approach to Psychological Empowerment

Designed for those seeking to make the most of their lives, their relationships, and their mental health.

Meaningful Life Psychology is an approach to psychological empowerment that focuses on strengthening one's ability to live fully. Our clients are motivated individuals who have some experience with personal transformation (self-improvement) and are looking to remove obstacles that are getting in the way.  Common among these are stress, anxiety, and trauma-related issues.  Also common are marriage, relationship, family, household, and work issues.  We have two program tracks, one for individuals and one for couples.  We work with a limited clientele, which allows us to personalize every program.

The most important step is finding a helping relationship that is the right fit for your needs and goals.  That's why we begin with a 30 minute consultation:

Mental Health

&

Well-Being

Best practices in mental health treatment are blended with positive, experiential, and meaning-centered psychologies to provide every client a unique therapy experience tailored to their needs.

Marriage & Relationships

Meaningful Marriage seminars and retreats explore what marriage means to each couple and how to master the skills of a successful marriage.  Seminars and retreats are designed for couples who are engaged or newlywed (marriage-prep), and for couples ready to take their marriage to the next level (marriage-enhancement).

Couples-therapy is designed for couples who are struggling.

Life Enhancement

Live with confidence that who you are and who you want to be are one and the same.  Let that confidence guide you.

Life-enhancement strategies, combined with effective therapy, will build this confidence.  That's why we focus above and beyond weekly therapy sessions to include techniques like biofeedback, virtual reality training, walking meditation, parenting classes, and strengths assessments, among others.

The first step is scheduling a 30-minute initial consultation.
